Tuesday evening at 17.30 PM, There will be Conference Opening Ceremony including Dinner, Whirling Dervish(Semazen) and National Folklore Show. Organizing Committee aims to gift an unforgettable evening to valuable participants. Participation is strongly recommended(Free for you and your friends/family).
On 10 July 2024- Extra 40 Euros per person / BOSPHORUS TOUR WITH DINNER
Wednesday evening at 16.45 PM, Bosphorus tour with dinner will be organized as extra (40 Euros per person). This is an evening round trip boat tour along the Bosphorus from the Marmara sea to the Black Sea. Dinner, including all soft drinks, will be served during the trip. Bosphorus tour with dinner takes about 3 hours. It is strongly recommended to participants.
On 11 July 2023-FREE OF CHARGE / HISTORICAL AREA TOUR
Thursday morning at 08.30 AM, we will take you by bus to Historical places of Istanbul(Topkapı Palace, Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hippodrome). You can visit them easily by walking. All of them are close to each other and all of them are in the same region.
**Visiting the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Hippodrome is FREE OF CHARGE.
**Visiting to Topkapı Palace and Basilica Cistern is required the ticket(if you want to visit them, you can buy your ticket at the gate of the places.)
We only provide service bus and a touristical quide booklet to take you historical places of Istanbul. Coming back to your hotel from historical area of Istanbul will be under your own responsibility.
